with a little help from my friends

I have been crafting my little heart out.  I mean, really, if I am going to make a dent in that goals list, high productivity is a given, right?  I get stuff done during the week, but mostly the magic happens on the weekend.  Over the past holiday weekend, I got a lot done, and had serious fun as well. 

I got together with my internet knitterly friends in the Outer Banks (OBX) for a weekend of friends, food and craft.  This was our sixth get together.  We did a swap and could make anything we wanted, I decided to make Ms. Bestitched a Figure 8 scarf. 

She loved it. I used some Anna Maria Horner fabric (it's folded in and faces her neck) with some burnt orange silk dupioni.  You can make one for yourself or a friend (or a bunch of friends) by using this tutorial.
