So I mentioned that we were going to the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival. We had a good time! I didn't really buy much (because as I said, I don't need anything); but, it was the last year that the Wild Apple Hill Farm folks were going to be there. And since I buy something from them every year, I figured: why break tradition? It was fun.
It was also really crowded. But not in the way that Maryland usually is. Also, I got a chance to see friends, which is really the best part about these festivals, really.
The only time I see Oiyi in person is at this festival.
And though I usually see Diana here and there throughout the year, I don't usually see Erin away from Rhinebeck. So it was fun to see them both!
Rhinbeck is my favorite wool and sheep show. It's a great time of the year and, well, fried pickles.
hey is Erin wearing the same dress / tunic / whatever it is that she is wearing in the bloody mary pictures and if so can you find out what it is for me??? KTHXBAI
also ps yes that is why I always loved Rhinebeck better than Maryland, both less crowded AND better weather, not 900 degrees of blazing gross sun.
NOW POST SOME QUILTS WOULD YA. KTHXBAI.
