Pattern: Shifting Sands by Grumperina
Yarn: Green Mountain Spinnery Mountain Mohair in Day Lily, 2 hanks
Needles: US 9
Mods: Yarn; and, I cast on 37 stitches instead of 50 due to the change of yarn weight.
This knit actually went faster than I thought it would. I usually like knitting with cable needles (since I have them lying about) but there are so many cables in the scarf knitting without a cable needle is a must if you want to finish in a reasonable amount of time. I think this project has made me re-think my original position on scarves.
