Rocky

I didn't even know what a Tomten was before I saw this post, but now I want one. I guess that is the power of a great model and a good marketing campaign. Being a rockstar is all about attitude! Rock on Little Sir!

Lia

So, I love the Tomten. And your son is adorable. And that's a great photoshoot, and the knitting was awesome.....but the whole time I looked at those photos, I was wondering one thing...

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT SHIRT, AND DO THEY MAKE IT FOR ADULTS?!

(sorry, I rarely scream online, but that's seriously the cutest shirt maybe in existence.)

Karma

Man, he's so tuff. Tomten rocks! Love the shirt! My husband needs one. :)

Stella

Oh my god what a ham you've got on your hands there. That 'GQ' shot just kills me.

I love the tomten, and I seriously admire your sticktoitiveness with all those freaking ends.

yaiAnn

Wow, you need to keep that ego in check! ;) Congrats on the knit and those languishing ends! At least you know he'll wear it for all the time you spent on it and then some!

terhi

Ooo, he's so cool. And the Tomten is great! Lovely photoshoot!

Jenn

Total cuteness - Tomten and Little Sir.

My rockstarlet is big on the jump dancing, too. And the storming off set, and the attitude.

Just so you know, Little Sir has two 14 year old girls totally in love with him! He must be a rock star!
They made me go through these photos on Flickr multiple times last night.

The Tomten is adorable!

Oiyi

Hahahahaha...this kid is a awesome model! Congrats on finishing it.

Phoe

Absolutely adorable. Nice jacket too. :)

An Abundance of Lisa

He sure knows how to pose for a photo. Love that last shot. The sweater looks great and he has a lot of room to grow into it!

Mandy

Yes, it is awesome. So is your rock star. I'm so glad you went with the inside-out way. Happy, happy, all around.

earthchick

OH. MY. He rocks that thing so hard. And you did a FANTASTIC job. Wow. Super-cool - great colors, great zipper, not remotely dowdy. [And let's don't forget: those ends! What a great job making yourself weave in all those ends!!]

I want to be a Little Sir groupie. He is so fab.

stacey

that is great! he is such the rockstar!!!!! what did we do to occupy our time before we had to set the stage to take pictures for our blogs???

margaux

no words, i have no words on how absolutely adoreable Little Dude is!!! TOO CUTE!!! Great job on the tomten!!! I'm so making one for my kid (one day.....)!

LOVE IT!

mai

good grief, what a cutie! he's really hamming it up for the camera. the jacket looks great!

Senja

He is so cute! and so is his Tomten. I love the color choices. Rock on Little Sir!

Ashley

Ha! He is so rocking the Blue Steel int hat second to last shot. GQ indeed.

lolly

YOu already know what I am going to say, right? :)
LOVE the photo shoot and the Tomten!

Katie

That has to be one of the best knit photoshoots I've seen. You're going to have a little heartbreaker on your hands. Lovely Tomtem.

leslie

oh!!! your little rock star looks absolutely adorable in his fabulous tomten!!!
i LOVE the photos....all of them are great, but the 2nd from the bottom is my favorite! that face!!!

Rachel

Wow--that must feel good to be done with that jacket...and it turned out amazing! And I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the photo shoot and commentary as much as the finished jacket. What a great distraction for me in the middle of finals!

margene

That is one cool, cool dude!

Opal

Boy, does Little Sir know how to rock the fashion world or what? He's adorable! So is the Tomten. :)

JulieFrick

OK, know what's funny about this? I did this whole tomten post this past summer! With Biscuit! In his overgrown Tomten! With no pockets! And a zipper! And it was "wrongsideout"! AND the last line of the post was "my little rockstar."

Copycat. That pie better be gooood.
